FAQ and Policies

Q: What gear does my child need?
A: While we have a few extra gloves hanging around, players are required to bring a glove. All other equipment is provided but we do encourage players to bring their own bat, batting helmet, cleats etc. It's never to early to start keeping track of your gear!

Q: What if my child has never played softball or T-Ball?
A: That's why we are here. Our mission is to introduce, refine, and then polish the skills your child will need to thrive.

Q: What is the player to coach ratio?
A: The player to coach ratio is 5:1. There will be one coach for every five players. A clinic of six to ten players will have two coaches and a clinic of 11 to 15 will  will have three coaches. etc.

Q: Can I join a clinic after the start date?
A: Yes. Sessions will be pro-rated at $20 per session.

Q: Can I drop my child off and then leave?
A: We encourage parents to participate in the clinic. We do assign homework for the players to work on during the week so part of our job is to coach the parents up. A parent or guardian, 18 years or older, must accompany each child.

Rain Out Policy:
If weather forces the fields to be closed we will spread that session out over the remaining sessions. For example, if the sixth session is rained-out, the seventh and eight sessions will each go 20 to 25 minutes longer. If one of the final sessions is rained-out and the park schedule allows we will add a session to the end of the term.

Vacation/Sick Policy:
If your child will be absent due to vacation, the session can be made up at one of the other locations or in extreme circumstances there can be individual instruction before or after class. If your child is sick we will do our best to make the time up in anyway we possible.
